Canada Issues 5,500 Invitations in the First All-Program Express Entry of 2023

On January 11, 2023, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) invited a total of 5,500 Express Entry candidates to apply for permanent residence in its 1 st All Program draws for this year.

The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) was 507 Points. Candidates from the Federal Skilled Worker, Canadian Experience Class, Federal Skilled Trades and Provincial Nominee Program were eligible for this round of invitations.

Further, it is pertinent to mention that as per the official publication from IRCC, CRS score distribution of candidates in the Express Entry pool as of January 11, 2023 is as follows:

The CRS score increased by 16 points from the previous Express Entry draw which took place on November 23, 2022.
