Ignacio A. Donoso, Esq., is nationally recognized as a leading business immigration attorney, with particular expertise in visas for companies expanding operations to the U.S., start-ups and entrepreneurs.

Mr. Donoso founded Donoso & Associates in 2013, after previously working from 2010 to 2013 as Partner of FosterQuan, LLP (now Foster Global, LLP), one of the top immigration law firms in the U.S.

Mr. Donoso’s career spans 18 years as a member of the State Bar of California, of which he has dedicated the last 13 years exclusively to immigration law, including business immigration, family-based immigration and removal defense.  In early career, Mr. Donoso advised Fortune 100 companies on international transactions and mergers.  Since 2003, Mr. Donoso has represented Fortunate 500 companies and their employees, skilled workers, professors and researchers, professionals, athletes, artists and thousands of investors in their U.S. visa planning.

Mr. Donoso has been selected to serve in many AILA National Committees including the Texas Service Center Liaison Committee, the National Annual Conference Planning Committee, and since 2013, Mr. Donoso has served on the National EB-5 Committee.

Mr. Donoso is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences on U.S. immigration law, and has frequently published on specific issues related to immigration matters.  He has been interviewed on national news media including Fox Business and the New York Times, as well as local television and radio in relation on immigration issues.

David M. Morris is Of Counsel to Donoso & Partners, LLC. David is a nationally known business immigration attorney with over 20 years of immigration law experience. He is renowned for his representation of clients in the areas of investment, life sciences, and information technology. He is regularly invited to speak on immigration law issues at national conferences, is interviewed regularly by national media including MSNBC, and his articles have been published in leading professional journals including The Labor Lawyer and the American Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Journal. David has served for many years as Chair of the National EB-5 Committee of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Raquel Katz-Cohen is a Legal Assistant with Donoso & Partners, LLC. Before joining Donoso & Partners, LLC, Raquel worked fifteen years as Senior Legal Assistant and Legal Associate at the Inter-American Investment Corporation, an international organization in the IDB Group, where she gained extensive knowledge in loan and investment projects for financing private enterprises. Raquel received her Paralegal Certificate from Graduate School USA. Raquel has lived in Uruguay, Israel and the U.S. and is fluent in Spanish, English and Hebrew and proficient in Portuguese and French.

Kelly G. Sanchez

Kelly G. Sanchez is an associate attorney at Donoso & Partners, LLC and focuses her practice on removal defense before Immigration Courts, waivers of inadmissibility, advocacy before USCIS, US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations Offices, and representing clients before US Consulates.

Ms. Sanchez is deeply passionate about helping and advocating for immigrants. She has worked with several human rights organizations including the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), and the Florida Immigrant Advocacy Center (FIAC).

Prior to joining Donoso & Partners, LLC, Ms. Sanchez worked for six years in a high-volume practice with a well-known immigration law firm based in Orlando, Florida, leading client representation in hundreds of cases in removal defense, family-based immigration and waivers.

Ms. Sanchez is a magna cum laude graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy and completed her Juris Doctorate from the University of Maryland School of Law. During her time in law school, Ms. Sanchez was a member of the University of Maryland Pro Bono Clinic. Ms. Sanchez is a member of the Florida Bar and American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Ms. Sanchez is fluent in English and Spanish.

Sara Lindstrom

Sara Lindstrom is a Legal Assistant with Donoso & Partners, LLC. She has fifteen years of experience in business and family-based immigration law, including twelve years as a Senior Paralegal with Visa Law Group, and three years with Greenberg Traurig. Prior to that, Sara started her career at George Mason University, where she served as an International Student Advisor and Assistant Director of the Office of International Programs and Services, assisting in the management of the university’s F-1 and J-1 visa programs for students and scholars, and organizing and presenting various programs and events. Sara has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, and a Master’s degree in English (nonfiction writing) from George Mason University. She is fluent in Swedish, and has basic proficiency in Spanish and French.
