Visa Appointment Updates for U.S. Embassy in New Delhi, India

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the U.S. Embassy and Consulates in India have not yet resumed regular processing of all visa categories but continue to expand services as local conditions and resources allow.

Beginning February 1, 2021, U.S. Embassy New Delhi will resume limited processing of all visa categories, including student visas, H1-B, H4, L-1, L-2, C1/D, and B1/B2 visas.

The U.S. Embassy and Consulates in India are now accommodating a limited number of employment-based visa appointments, including H, L, and O visas. Appointments can be made through our website http://www.ustraveldocs.com/in.
